Vintage Uneeda 50’s-60’s doll dress

Vintage Uneeda 50’s-60’s doll dress. Not sure who wore this cute, well made, untagged dress. The buttons are not typical Uneeda, but could have been replaced. I have seen this same material used on a few outfits I have for the 1962 Miss Suzette. The ruler was placed to aid in sizing. The white is a little soiled but I wouldn’t wash. Not sure if the red would bleed on to the white. Could be made by another manufacturer. Please review the photos closely for any thing I may have missed. Thanks
