Post-Broadway engagement of the CYRUS WOOD comedy "GOOD NIGHT LADIES!" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts beginning April 2nd, 1945. (The production opened January 17th, 1945 at New York's Royale Theatre and ran for 78 performances before going on the road.) ..... The play starred SKEETS GALLAGHER and JOHN HUBBARD and featured MARLO DWYER, ROSEMARY BERTRAND, RANDEE SANFORD, SUNNY O'DEA, KATHRYN GIVNEY, AL DOWNING, ANN FORTNEY, LUCILLE BENSON, LOUISE JARVIS, GLORIA HUMPHREYS, LUANA WALTERS and WENDELL ATES ..... This single page, two-sided handbill measures 6" X 9" inches and includes wonderful graphics and opening date on the front and photos of the two stars and three chorus girls and excerpts from several New York, Chicago and Philadelphia reviews on the backside ..... CONDITION: With the exception of light edge wear, this rare handbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
