This item has been used.  Considering its age, it is in good condition.
The gold finish is still bright and shiny on the dolphin, and in good condition.  The dish has tiny spots of oxidation and shows some wear.  Oxidation can be removed.
Picture 7  -  The picture on the left shows the dish with its original clear plastic lining.  The picture on the right shows the dish without the plastic lining  -  the oxidation spots can be seen more clearly.
Colors may appear lighter or darker according to your monitor setting.
