This is for the Ring Video Doorbell (Version 1) First Generation
This doorbell bracket will not work with version 2 or pro
Use this bracket to mount your Ring Video Doorbell (Version 1) First Generation to your wall.
I will also include original brand new wire extensions and wire nuts. You use these to extend your existing wires to reach your ring doorbell (if necessary)
You can hardwire this bracket to your old doorbell wiring so the your Ring Doorbell triggers your chime inside your house.
Hardwiring to your old doorbell DOES NOT charge your battery. It simply triggers your old mechanical doorbell to ring.
If you have a digital doorbell you need a diode (not included) to make it work.
