This is a rare February 1957 program (playbill) from the American Shakespeare Festival revival of the WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE classic "THE TAMING OF THE SHREW" at the Phoenix Theatre in New York City. (The production opened February 20th, 1957 and played a limited engagement of 23 performances.) ..... This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
