I always check my items over very closely, but I am human and sometimes (although not often) I might miss something. If that happens I will issue a full refund for the item and shipping one way. I can only refund the original amount, it will not let me refund more. That is why I can't refund the amount for the item to get shipped back. I will ask that the item be sent back before giving the refund.
