This is a rare January 15th, 1951 playbill from the one-week, Post-Broadway engagement of the S. N. BEHRMAN play "I KNOW MY LOVE" at the Hanna Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio. (The production opened November 2nd, 1949 at the Sam S. Shubert Theatre in New York City and ran for 247 performances before going on the road.) ..... The play starred ALFRED LUNT and LYNN FONTANNE and featured ESTHER MITCHELL, WILLIAM LE MASSENA, ROBERT CRAWLEY, CHARLES BOWDEN, THOMAS PALMER, MARY FICKETT, CLIFFORD TATUM, Jr., RENEE ORSELL, SANDY CAMPBELL, J. P. WILSON, VELMA ROYTON, LEO LUCKER, EDWARD ANDREWS, GAYE JORDAN, SARAH MARSHALL, PAULA HOUSTON, PHILIP SWANDER and ROBERT PASCHALL .....Note: STEPHEN SONDHEIM received his first professional credit (third scanned image) when he was asked to arrange the song "Christmas Carol" which was added to the production during the Post-Broadway tour. In Cleveland however, they credited him as "Clifford" Sondheim

This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
