The paper cover has wear and has been scotch taped along the edges years ago. seams along the cover are separating. The front and back of the cover are in good condition. The signature is very clear and in very good condition. The record and sleeve show sign's of wear from use.

    Signed RCA Victor 47- 6604 Hound dog - Don't be cruel original 45 record. Inscribed on the record G-2 WW 5935-6S. I found this original capitol record carrier at an auction in Glenn rock PA. This box includes the Elvis Presley record collection of a girl from the 50's and 60's era. Her name is on mostly all of the 45's in the carrier .All record's were well kept and cherished by her. Included in the box are several original 45's from the 50's and 60's. As i went through her collection at home after purchasing this box i came across this signed by Elvis Hound dog - Don't be cruel 45. It is signed in ink Yours's Elvis Presley . This is an early signature by Elvis Presley. I'm keeping the box and all record's together to verify the authenticity and history . She must have went to one of Elvis Presley's early show's and had him sign this 45. This is a one of a kind piece of Elvis Presley's history
