This is a rare August 26th, 1946 playbill from the National Tour engagement of the JOHN VAN DRUTEN comedy "THE VOICE OF THE TURTLE" at the Davidson Theatre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. (The production opened December 8th, 1943 at New York's Morosco Theatre, moved to the Martin Beck Theatre on October 15th, 1947 and the Hudson Theatre on November 25th, 1947, playing a total of 1557 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The play starred BOYD CRAWFORD, PHYLLIS RYDER and MARCIA WALTER .....
